Cul.in.aire
food&design practice
is a practice that brings together the love for cooking and passion for design. It begins in the kitchen, where food is more than nourishment.
It observes the everyday objects that shape our habits, our spaces, and our rituals.
But every meal leaves something behind: Cul.in.aire follows the full cycle of food, exploring how kitchen waste can become something new.
Through experiments with biomaterials made from food scraps, the project seeks to bring what we eat back into the domestic space, in a different form.
It’s a reflection and research on rituals, time, and the transformations that happen in between.
